• New and clean.
• Not good for business travelers. They did not have photo copying! The printing was ridiculous.

“The hotel was fine. It is in the Indian district. They do not do photo copying and printing is ridiculously expensive. The pool and facilities were great! It is not in the greatest area. Overall the hotel was good.”

• Fitness center was nice.
• Poor service and attitude. No air-conditioning in halls which resulted in a very musty smell.

“Compared to the fringed benefits some of the better hotels offer.”

• The room was classy and the bed extremely comfortable.
• Moldy smell in room; Taxes and fees very high, internet charges expensive and connection problematic.

“Overall, the hotel is nice but over priced. The rooms are nicely decorated, but there's a noticeable smell of mold -- cleaning staff leaves the A/C on high, presumably to try to control, so your choice is freeze or live with the odor. The location is convenient to Little India, but the area immediately surrounding the hotel is unpleasant.”

• Location is not convenient for American business traveler.

“Good rooms, nice pool and fitness center. Location near little India is not convenient for most business travelers and most tourist and shopping sites.”
