• Toilet is clean.
• The service by duty manager is worst than the cleaner.

“1st air-conditioner is so dirty. The staff just open my room door big walk in and walk out like no body business! What kind of service is this they think the hotel is fee is cheap? The manager walk in and ask me want to change a room for me or not? I have to wait them to clean up and pack my things to another room again. The mini bar provided by the hotel is switch off. And the duty manager never even say sorry for all this things. They don't know what is privacy.”

“I was put in the newly renovated tower. Nice and clean room, sharp amenities. However, the room was really tiny, I could hardly wheel in my suitcase. I would not recommend that room to be for 2 people.”

“Despite the pictures showing newly renovated rooms in the hotel, I was given an old room, with flaking paints, dusty floors, refrigerator that is not cold enough and dirty. The management does not respond to my complaints.”
