• Good as I paid it for a low price
• Too old & it had to take walking/bus to the nearest MRT Station or other large shopping area

“My Status :

-I Joined Singapore Airline SIA Holiday from HK (package included airtickets + Hotel + breadfast) and stayed there with my family(wife & 2 chidren) for 4days & 3 night. (Bet. 2005-07-26 & 2005-07-30)

Good aspects :

-It situated in a silent valauble residential area-Newton Rd.

-There was a Shopping Cenbtre called United Square with Food Court, about 4 minutes walking

-It cost about 5 minutes walking to the nearest MRT station : NS20 Novena Square where was a shopping Centre with Food Court

-There was a large hawker food stall in the Newton Circus, about 10 minutes walking

-There was a bus stop situated O/S Hotel, Newton Rd.

-Hotel Room & Services : Newly decorated toilet/bathroom & new lift

Pending for Further Improvement :

-A small swimming pool was situated at G/F

-It was far from the large shopping zone : Orchard Rd.

-Hotel Room & services : Old style Room. No comb, toothbrush & toothpaste, shaver & slippers available. Water dropped from Air-conditioner. Stained & dirty in water heater.

-Catering : Old designed western food restaurant. 3 days unchanged & simple breakfast ”
