  • Staff, cleanliness.

“I visited Rome July/ 2008 and I would have to say that the staff at this hotel was rude! The toilet wasn't working in the room. When I called room service they hung up on me three times! At the receptionist desk I had to wait at least 20 minutes before anyone even noticed me, because the staff was too busy socializing with one another. Rome is a beautiful place to go, but I would totally not recommend going to this hotel for your visit!”
