• Location.
• Tiny room; shower leaked all over the bathroom floor; ac was poor.

“Great location, everything else needs a major update. Paint, cleaning and plumbing need updates. The room was extremely small. There was not enough room for our luggage and us. The hotel offered to store our luggage in another room, but what good does that do you?”

• Great location, Nice Breakfast included in price
• Decor was a bit tattered but not dirty. Old wallpaper.

“Friendly service, great breakfast included in stay, nice bathroom, clean, some rooms have older furniture and wall paper that might need updating, but overall a good place to stay, great access to sites within walking distance, great access to trains including trains back to airport.Great resturants nearby.”

“Clean, friendly, quiet, well-located. Rooms are small, but the water is hot. Breakfast is hearty. Nearby there are cheaper) restaurants than I saw in other parts of central Rome. I'd stay there again in a flash.”
