• Location was best feature.
• Small, dismal, old rooms.

“Hotel was no way a 4 star rating. More like 2 1/2. Of course being in any city center you expect to make compromises. However, many of the cons could be remedied by cleaning and maintenance. The furniture in our two rooms was old and very used. I am not talking "antiques." The air conditioner was working only part time and regulated by the front desk. Our hallway was dark with dusty sconces hanging askew. The bathrooms had been remodeled but there was no place to put anything. The lobby at first appearance was very "Roman but really needed cleaning and freshening up. The staff was great. The location couldn't be better.”

• It was roomy, and it was close to many attractions: in addition to being off a main roadway and next to parliament.
• Since it was next to parliament, we endured three days of noisy demonstrations starting at &:00 A.M.T.

“We found this to be a pleasant hotel with a friendly staff and bartenders. The room was air-conditioned and comfortable, with a good bathroom and shower area. We would definitely stay here again in up-coming Rome vacations.”
