• Very clean.
• Isolated location with awkward access to public transit.

“Their target market is obviously bus load tour groups. Their service is good but the attitude is clearly volume delivery not individual attention.”

“The Jolly Group apparently didn't inform their Midas property managers that my room was prepaid. Since I was checking out on Sunday morning, there were no "home office" folks to verify that I'd already paid for my room. An hour and a half of arguing with a very worried site manager ended without my double paying, but it got pretty hot during the argument. I suggest that you make your internet printable receipt more clear to hotel staff that the room charge has been paid. I showed them my printout, but it was in Italy after all. I doubt that I could decipher a receipt printed in Italian.”

• We ordered two rooms and they put us in a suite!
• The finishes were old and needed updating.
