• Friendly and very helpful staff, prepared to help with any request

“I was pleased to find how close the hotel was to the central part of goings on in Reading, and also pleased to find how Reading has become such a good place to go out. Wagamama restaurant is starting on the 22nd November, so will be going back very soon...!”

• Clean, tidy and a good size modern Room, very good
• Only negative was that the TV was not tuned in correctly

• clean and modern
• tv didn't work (there was a letter in the room explaining that it was being upgraded to digital)

• CLean room, inexpensive, cont. breakfast lovely
• Bed v uncomfortable, cooked breakfast cold

• Excellent breakfast. Parking excellent - staff had reserved disabled space for my husband.
• Can't think of any.

“We could not have asked for more. The stay was planned so we could visit our son who is working in Reading. To find a hotel this close to the town centre and at such a reasonable price was brilliant. Staff were so friendly and helpful e.g. changed room when realised husband could not climb stairs very well, gave directions to get out of town and back to motorway which proved a great help. We will definitely use this hotel again for another visit. The staff were all polite and friendly. Everything made the stay a treat. Thank you.”
