“You will face a hassle at check in. Air conditioning was unseasonably hot. A call to maintenance is like calling China. On a Wednesday night and expecting hot egg rolls to be delivered within 30 minutes. In one room, the AC only worked when the bathroom light had been turned on. We had to buy Internet because the free internet is always down. Staff only responds when tipped. The resort is supposed to be smoke free until 10 pm in public areas. This is never enforced and too many people smoke cigars on the beach! We are seasoned travelers and my expectations are pretty high. The food is incredibly mediocre and you'll get sick of it by day 2 or 3. Drinks include cheap wine and alcohol. If you want to get drunk every day on cheap stuff and eat cheap Luke warm food, smoke, race for a towel at the beach (forget getting a seat ever around the quiet pool) etc, this is the place for you.”
