• good parking.
• hotel need money spent to improve,also the bed was to low for me and not that comfy

“if i had known that the breakfast was not included in the price of '55.oo. i would not have booked this hotel, as i think the price for the accomadation was far to high, the size and the state of the hotel were not in line with the pricing of the room and also the breakfast was not worth the '12.00 that i paid,after paying that much for breakfast i would have expected waiter service, but it was only self service. I would not stay at that hotel again”

• Clean, comfortable large bed. All facilities needed were available.
• Bathroom was clean but ageing. Power shower would have been better, but minor points.

• Easy access
• Booked the breakfast then had to cancel due to poor staffing and lack of food

“Ideal for an overnight stay.
This is the second time we have been dissapointed with breakfasts at novotel (last time it was Sheffield).
Everything else was OK”

• Anonymous, quiet, no hassle, expectations known in advance. Very good breakfast. Hot food, plenty of coffee.
• Having to ask for 2 extra mugs and tea etc when the room was set up for 4; hotel decor and carpets getting tired. Kitchen area on view a little grubby.

• Good parking, very easy to find, nice, clean, well equipped room. Excellent customer service from all staff, value for money

“Best hotel we have stayed in (in the UK)- excellent hospitality from your staff, rooms had everything you would expect and more (ps1), inhouse movies were not overpriced. Made use of the internet facility in the lounge and the well priced bar facilities.
Many thanks for a nice overnight stay - some of the larger hotel chains could learn a thing or two from you!”
