• not alot
• The resturant service was very bad 1st night i could not get a table until 10 pm .

“1st night i could not a table in the resturant from 8 unitl 10pm although it was only half full 2nd night waited for one hour for my food and i wish i had not bothered. (7 people in)”

• Found the fire exit near to 233 locked during evacuation for fire on 20/2/05

“We only stayed overnight and did not take any meals in the hotel. Quality of room was good. Perhaps a better sign for entrance to hotel car park could be considered. Rather a complicated detour to get back to square one if you miss it!”

“My general view was that I would definately stay at your hotel again. However, I did not like the fact that I was awoken by several noisy guests just before midnight who saw fit to shout to each other in the corridor. I would welcome some signs asking the ignorant, ill mannered and inconsiderate to respect other guests. Such signs would help make your excellent hotel even more excellent as I am sure it might have some effect.”

“I used the net to book our stay, no mention was made regarding the choice of having breakfast or not I assumed the price quoted included breakfast. Not good! I used the nearby eatery for breakfast.”

• Cold Room, cold food served in room,food served uncovered and unprotected. Room smelly

“On both my stays I have been charged for buffet breakfasteven though I did not have breakfast in the hotel so check your bill when checking out. Food expensive, breakfast '10 so eat out.”

• pleasant staff, plenty of hot water, good breakfast, easy to find from bypass
• getting back out on to the main road of a morning
