• Good location.
• Uncomfortable & really loud.

“This hotel felt more like staying at a freshman college dorm. It was extremely loud, beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the pictures of the hotel are well done to make it look nicer than it is. The shower was open style with no curtain so was extremely cold. The air conditioner is horrible leaked water all over the room and sounded like a construction site. There is no way that this is a 3 star hotel.”

• Very friendly, helpful staff.
• Maid service was a bit perfunctory; glasses, shampoo, etc., not replenished consistently.

“Excellent location; just off tolerate gardens; less than a block from a metro station. Clean, comfortable room; attractive, but not fancy. Very helpful staff. Met or exceeded my expectations for the price. Would stay there again.”
