• Top hotel, very quiet. American beds.
• Still a french shower.

• Great beds and comfortable room. Large for European standards.
• Poor housekeeping service when hair dryer didn't work.

“Excellent hotel within blocks of the Eifel Tower. Tons of restaurants and shops nearby. Healthy walk to the Arc and Champs-Elysees. Friendly service and very comfy beds! Did have trouble getting hairdryer fixed - but they did try their best.”

• Fabulous location. Loved the courtyard.
• Understaffed at concierge and front desk.

“The hotel is so well located that I would love to return. The quiet courtyard is perfect for end of day peace with wine. The room was lovely and very quiet. Would definitely want to stay here again.”

• It felt like you were in Paris because of its courtyard feel.
• It seemed small and tucked away.

• Relatively comfortable bed.
• Rude, hostile staff.

“If you are thinking of booking this hotel, run. Never had I ever encountered such a hostile hotel staff. From the moment of check in, we felt like we were not only treated rudely, but that they went out of their way to be difficult. Even the door man turned his back when we approached the door - from inside or out. The only thing positive that I can say is that the bed was relatively comfortable. But rude treatment from the staff makes it not worth it - at any price. When we travel, we want a decent hotel with nice, honest people. Staying at this hotel was a mistake that I hope I can help others from making.”

• The location was great and the restaurant was very good.
• Public areas were dirty, carpet was torn, the chair in my room was torn, and staff folks were rude.

“The bones of this hotel are good, and it is in a great location, however, it is not well kept and the staff is poorly trained.”
