- good location
- not as advertised! no air-conditioning
“The location was great and the staff was friendly at check-in. But the experience was not good overall. The air condition did not work at all and when we asked about it, no one seemed to care. Their customer service was terrible!
They should of offered us another room. (The hotel was not full ) They did not even send someone up to take a look at it. With so many other great hotels to pick from, I would pass on this one.”
