• First hotel in NL I've stayed at with a pool. Decent size too.
• Not in Nijmegen, in nearby suburb.

“I had mixed feelings about this hotel. The good is that it's quiet, the rooms and common areas were spacious, and the hotel had a pool, which was about 4-and-a-half feet deep all around. Although comfortable, my room did show its age, but that didn't hurt much. Two bad things, which were pretty major for me: The hotel is in Berg en Dal, not Nijmegen, and it's a 20-minute bus ride to/from Nijmegen. Then once you get off the bus it's at least a half-mile walk down a country road. The short cab ride to/from Nijmegen Central Station cost over $20, not including tip. The hotel is situated in the forest, which gave a nice feel. However, in summer it seems to lead to mosquito breeding, and since the windows don't have screens and there's no A/C, well you might have some uncomfortable nights.”
