• Location - very romantic.
• Extra charges for guests to use hotel pool.

“We had the best time at this hotel. The location is splendid, busy and near the sea but not overrun, and with a lovely leafy square opposite the hotel entrance. The rooms were well maintained and very clean. Only downside is the roof top pool - although it's refreshing (if very small), guests have to pay extra to use it - something not mentioned in official blurb. We were charged 13 euros a day each for use of pool, plus sun bed and a mineral water, which mounts up over a week. Mind you, the views are wonderful and it's a great place to escape from the bustle. We strongly recommend the hotel overall.”

• The hotel was in a good location, close to the old town.
• The upstairs restaurant and bar shut early on Sunday night.

“The rooms were very comfortable and roomy. The hotel staff were very helpful and attentive. The location was good and there was a great view from the rooftop swimming pool.”
