  • Poor standard of room maintenance and cleanliness.

“Very disappointed - not sure how this location remains in the Holiday Inn 'fleet' - the room had lots of maintenance problems and wasn't clean. The whole place seems in need of an overhaul to me. They were replacing the entrance carpets as I left - not before time. Would not stay here again, the taxi driver suggested the nearby Hilton as being much better, also there is a Premier Travel Inn which is a lot newer, close by. No idea how they justify their regular rates.”
