• Breakfast buffet, size of room, easy to find/location to train, free parking, elevator.
• Staff seems unable to give proper directions to train station, service at breakfast was lackluster, smoke in smoking areas was overwhelming, no internet service in room.

“We stayed here in September 2007 for 3 nights while visiting Munich. The location is easy to find, parking is free and on the premises but the hotel is located along one busy street (can't hear the street noise in the bedroom). We had an apartment which included a tiny kitchen sink, stovetop, dishes, and refrigerator (dishes were not clean and no soap/towel supplied to clean dishes; maid did not clean dishes left in sink). The bathroom was very spacious and had a great shower in it along with a hairdryer. The bedroom was a little small but the bed was comfortable when we left the window cracked for fresh air, mosquitoes came in. Overall: super, awesome breakfast buffet (although service wasn't very friendly), location in the small village of Eching 8 minute walk to the trian station (28 minutes by train from Marienplatz or 8 train stops), ability to buy train tickets (good for travel all day) at the front desk, non smoking room for dining, evening meal available as well, elevator, supermarket close by. Bring your own wash clothes and be prepared for feather bedding. Be prepared, the train station is not labeled very well. We thought we were walking into the back of a field when there it was on the left.”

• It was a nice place, excellent food, and a quiet little town.
• It was over 30 miles away from Munich.

“It is a very nice place and low price. But, you need to drive or ride the train. Also, a note the town's name is not Enching, it is Eching.”

• The decorum.
• The beds, no wash cloths, the bedding, not only one towel and one hand towel each, smelled too much smoke.

“This made it hard to find in a country where you don't speak the language well.”

• Remote, clean, good lighting.
• Small, must have car to get to city center.

“As said above, one needs a car to get into the city center. At least there's a gas station and grocery store next to the hotel. Beautiful golden lighting fills the rooms, which was lovely to wake up to. Decoration is Grecian and German, which is an interesting mix. ”
