• Humor of waiter at the table.
• State of wiring in room and wear evident on some furniture then location.

“This 4 seasons hotel is badly in need of a refit. Not having a pool to use was the last straw.”

• Great house-keeping service.
• Minor wear and tear of the room- hole in carpet, evidence left in change/removal of wall fixtures, finish flaws in tub, sink and around fixtures.

“Great for short stay, near public transportation, but not too great of a location if you want to be in the midst of tour sites, shopping, etc. I didn't mind the 45 minutes bus/train ride into Old Montreal without the kids, but perhaps I'd stay closer into town with the kids next time.”

• Location is very convenient.
• Showers were cold, ran out of minibus keys.

“The need to get the little things right - there's no excuse for cold showers and minibus keys. What do you mean you're "out?" the minibus is full - cut some more - they're less than $1.00 to cut and at the prices you charge, one sale from the minibus pays for several keys. Again - no excuse!”
