• Loved the room and the price.
• The hot tub in the pool area had excessive amounts of chlorine both days we were there.

• Location was easy to find.

  very old, beds too.

“This hotel needs upgrading. Bed's were old and needing replacement, as do the TV's. rooms were dark and dreary. Maid service was poor.”

• Fridge didn't work, all of our food spoiled, and the sheet on the mattress was too small and kept bunching.

“Staff was friendly, room was fairly clean, bed was comfortable (although our sheet didn't fit) and the fridge didn't work. Not the greatest hotel, but it did the job.”

• The bathroom was the best part of the room.
• It did not have a magnifying mirror in the bath.

• The room had cable tv and wireless internet.
• The housekeeping people were not very nice.

“I would stay there again even tho housekeeping yelled at me about not putting my sign on the door well I wasn't ready for them to enter it was only 9 am. I didn't go to bed until 2 am.”

“Checked in at 3 pm. Dirty dishes left outside our door. At 8 am housekeeping banged on the door; "Are you leaving ?" So much for sleeping in!”

• It was clean and close to the highway.
• The beds are too small and the elevators are always wet because guest step from the pool to the elevator(carpets could help that).

“It was nice, and the staff was friendly. The pool by the lobby - bad idea, the floors are always wet.”

• Staff was horrible.

“They took 20-30 minutes to find the cake I brought in earlier. They told us not to light the cake because we might turn on the sprinklers. They knew we were celebrating a birthday and kept coming to the door to tell us to keep it down.”

• Hardware of the hotel is very impressive.
• Service is bad.

“The hotel room is very nice. Modern design also very comfortable. Service is bad. We waited more than an hour sending us an extra bed. They didn't do the room cleaning on the second day. Also the hotel is very nice. The memory of the staying isn't too good.”

• The indoor swimming pool and nice staff.
• Lobby was kind of bare and sparse.

• Open dining room and friendly restaurant staff made it a pleasure to be there.
• There were no draws to put clothing, you need to have these put in.

“I loved the location as it was very close to the highways and the restaurant staff was very friendly and made you feel at home. More closet space is needed and the cleaning staff could be a little nicer.”

• Nothing; overcharging cheats.
• No complimentary breakfast; No shuttle service.

“We stayed for 3 nights at Four Points Hotel, Mississauga hotel. Having said that there were no issues with hotel. Everything was clean, tidy and nice, but there was nothing in hotel that justifies it a 3.5 star. No complimentary breakfast, no shuttle, no newspaper, Ordinary channels on TV. In short, my review is that for these facilities, I'd not spend extra money to look for hotels like this one.”
