• Clean. Great bedding. Nice fitness room. Comfortable.
• Did not like the restaurant. Service in restaurant horrid. Waiter barely spoke English. High prices. Bad taste.

“Hotel was great. Stay out of restaurant. Good location. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Nice lobby. Fitness center open 24 hours, clean, convenient.”

• Very clean.
• Long wait for airport shuttle.

“We waited over an hour for the shuttle and saw all other hotel shuttles pass by three times. Very discouraging. The hotel itself was fine.”

• The hotel was very clean.
• It is close to airport. However, if you also want to see downtown, it is far away.

• A bed to sleep in.
• Staff and their treatment of their customers, no respect.

“The hotel staff and especially manager were unhelpful! We had no electricity or hot water in our rooms they moved us in the dark since they had not one flashlight in the entire hotel, and when we called them to say we had no hot water, they told us to go to the pool! I will never stay there again!”

• Very friendly staff on arrival, very welcoming room environment.
• On departure, staff called an unlicensed cab for us; likely a scam.

“The night staff was extremely welcoming; we were very stressed from a busy and fretful trip and the hotel was very relaxing to come to at the end of a long day. We could not have asked for a better end to a long and hectic day. The only mar on the stay was the end; we asked the front desk to call us a cab, and they called us a friendly seeming fellow who didn't have a meter in his car and didn't have any way of proving that the fare he charged us was reasonable. There is no way a legitimate cab company would have sent an unlicensed driver, so I am forced to conclude that the hotel day staff perpetrated a scam on what they saw as two tourists who wouldn't know any better.”

• We requested non smoking room but when we check in, they only had smoking.

• There were some good food choices in the area.
• I thought the appearance of the room was outdated.

“It took forever for us to be checked into our room (technical difficulties). Despite the lengthy wait, neither staff nor the management made any suggestion's) to make our wait more comfortable. Above all, my greatest disappointment was with the appearance of the room did not meet my expectation; it did not look like a 3star room.”

• The room was large and comfortable. The furnishings were very nice. The staff was friendly, but difficult to understand due to heavy accents.

“I plan to stay there again. It is in a great location for visiting Toronto. It is a beautiful hotel. The pool is open 24 hours/day.”

• Clean, big rooms on parking lot side.
• 20% charge at restaurant to use US money.

“Very clean, rooms on back side of hotel are large. Rooms on front side are small. Nice pool and no parking fee.”

• Staff was very friendly.

“Hotel was very nice and accommodating. Excellent/courteous service. They were not accepting US dollar at par which is standard. We were told that management told waitress that this is standard. I feel this is illegal and will not utilize restaurant in future stays. Which I am staying again this weekend coming up.”

• Atmosphere and lighting and staff especially cleaning services and room services dinning was good but a bit higher priced for family.
• No pool towels no refrigerator no microwave.

• Vicinity was good - parking free - nice clean room.
• Only stayed one night & have no adverse comments to make.

“This hotel was ideal for an overnight stay - there not being too many inexpensive restaurants nearby would make it not very appropriate for a family holiday. Very close to airport which is a plus.”

• The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
• I would have liked to see a mini-fridge in the room at a 3 star hotel and better television reception.

“Good for a brief stay. It has what you need but I would call it a 2 and a half star not a 3 star hotel.”

• Hotel staff were always accommodating.
• Kids running and screaming in the hallways and woke up our baby.

“1) The room was a very small single queen room (barely enough room to setup a small baby playpen. We needed 2 beds! 2) There were kids running and screaming through the hallways almost the entire time we were in the hotel. (3) Nights and the hotel manager had to refund us because they could not do anything about the kids as there was a big hockey tournament.”
