• Location is good and room was very nice.
• Shower curtain was too close to shower.

“Will try to go to this hotel again. Room was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower curtain was a bit too close to the shower head so when in the shower, the curtain tends to stick to you. Staff was polite and helpful.”

“I did not like the hassle while checking in about the issue of that they have smoker's room for us and while checking out about the girl going back to the manager as if we should be charged more. She did not say this but her reluctance to give us a nonsmoker's room at the time of checking in was very unpleasant.”

• Hotel was under construction.

“Stay was ok. I believe I should have been told that the hotel was under construction. The star value was less because of the construction situation. If the hotel was fully running, it would have been better.”

• Mattress very soft, hurt backs of both my wife.

“Good hotel. Very clean and safe. Centrally located. Unfortunately mattresses were too soft. My wife and I both left the hotel with back pain.”

• Lots of shelving space, excellent bedding.
• Carpets and elevators can be cleaner.

“Excellent location by Hwy 404 and 7. No parking charge is a big plus as compared to the $8 a night charges at the other hotel down a couple blocks. Though labeled as pets-friendly, I did not notice or smell any pets in the room or facility. That's good as my son is allergic to pet hair. Though I was given a smoking room (another big boo-boo), the staff was able to communicate to the front desk people about my request for non-smoking. A clean, non-smoking room was waiting for my family after the 5-hour drive. Wonderful 3 nights there!”

• Clean hotel. Free parking. Convenient location. Adjustable bed very comfortable.
• Room and bathroom a little too small for a 3-star hotel.

• The room looks nice, people that work ther seem nice and friendly.
• The bathroom don't seem to be very clean. I can hair on the shower curtain and bathtub. The elevator is too dark more lighting would be great.

“Overall, the hotel seem okay. I didn't get the chance to use their gym and swimming pool because I don't know where is it. Also they don't open 24 hours.”

“Friendly staff at a great location. Easy to get on and off 3 major highways: 401, 404 and 407. Close to major shopping areas, restaurants and movie theaters. Excelletn Category 3 hotel”
