• Layout of Appt. Facilities of Appt. Underground parking was good value and secure. Location was good. Comfortable bed.
• No bath. Room over bar. Heaters didn't seem to work.

“It stated that the check in time on the E-Mail sent to myself was 2pm however when arrived was told 3pm. E-Mail stating the change would of been nice. Other than that no problems what so ever and would certainly like to stay again and have recommended t”

• Great place to stay.So much better than just a hotel room.
• Lack of a gym

“Very close to city centre and train station so ideally placed.
The ambience of the place was excellent.
Wondered whether a gym could be built into the facilities.
The staff were courteous and helpful.
I loved the place.
When you are away a lot hotel ”

• Everything!! The place was beautifully decorated, very clean friendly and helpful staff excellent location-everything was perfect for our stay and helped to make it a thoroughly enjoyable few days.
• The only flaw I could find would be that check-in was quite late but since we were able to leave our bags with staff it wasnt too much of an issue

“The location of this hotel is perfect right beside picadilly station and in the city centre. The standard of the accommodation itself is exceptional and very reasonable for the rates charged. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.”

• Rooms were very well appointed and large with all facilities available.
• Not obvious parking was paid for additionally. Could not use room number for drinks etc.

“The value for money was excellent- I would certainly use this hotel again and probably for meetings as the rooms were big enough.”

• SPACIOUS AND UNUSUAL IN GOOD LOCATION
• BEDS WERE NOT MADE UP ON ARRIVAL AT 7PM.NEEDED MORE CUTLERY ETC

• decor, layout, size, location.
• no wine glasses or mugs!

“This is my second stay at The Place and I have already recommended it to lots of friends. I will definitely be staying at The Place again in the future as it's much more exciting than just staying in a hotel. It's a real home from home with all the facilities in the apartments and you can really relax. was a bit disappointed there were no wine glasses or mugs in the cupboards but apart from that, I really can't complain.....I love The Place and can't wait for an excuse to come back.”

• unique idea, with all home comforts mixed with the service of a world class hotel.
• some doors didnt shut properly, showers a little weak. our room didnt have a cd player but all the others did.

“the hotel was excellent providing everything a small group of friends need. I think the only thing i didnt like was the lac of leisure facilities, but if you really want that they do have access to a health club down the road (although we were never really told the specifics.)”

• Quality of accommodation, central location, self-catering facilities, security,
• Blinds on sitting room a bit too minimalist, shower controls not easy to use.

“Quality self-catering accommodation ideally situated for access to shopping and leisure faciliteis in central Manchester. Original features of historic building add charm to secure and comfortable apartments.”
