Helpful, friendly staff. Good leisure facilities. Sunday lunch for Mothers Day was very good.Ideal location.
The general maintenance of the room and bathroom was poor.
“Great position for exploring Wirral and Liverpool is within easy reach for and evening out, can recommend Blue bar at the Albert Dock. Hotel restaurant has a very good a le carte menu.Definitly make use of the leisure and spa facilities. Great old local pub serving food called The Wheatchief nearby. Good restaurants include The Marsh Cat and Mr Chows in Parkgate and Dining room 107 in Heswall. Staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful.”
