  • Best location to see historic Lisbon in a hurry.
  • Difficult to find the entrance.

“The Avenida Palace is ideally located right in the center of historic Lisbon. For business travelers who want to stay in the heart of Lisbon, there is a Metro station outside for easy travel to other parts of the town. The interior design is very 18th century England and evokes traveling in times past. The rooms (and TVs) were small but comfortable and tastefully decorated. The staff was helpful and the continental breakfast very complete. If your goal is to be in a location with immediate access to Lisbon and some old world charm, the Avenida Palace is a good choice. However, if your travel is strictly business or you need more space for a family, consider one of the more modern hotels. I fit into the former group and would happily stay there again.”
