• The bed was a good size and comfortable.
• Most awful breakfast.

“Although the staff were helpful and pleasant the hotel, and the business class room was not worth the money we paid for it. Several fittings in the bathroom were loose or just missing, the iron did not work and the dressing gowns were dirty and we had to get them changed. We had pay TV except that the film we wanted to watch came with sound and no picture. We chose this particular hotel as access to the nearby health and beauty centre was part of the cost except that the beauty salon was closed on the first day of our visit and they did not have enough staff on the second day to fit us in for treatments. The worst thing, however, was the breakfast it was cold and one of the worst I have had anywhere in Europe.”
