“I was so disappointed with this hotel. You would expect more facilities, and the staff to be helpful. They could not direct us to a nearby car park so it took us an hour to park! I am also disgusted with the dishonesty of the staff! I left my ring on the table in the room and completely forgot to put it on before we checked out, I then rang the hotel the same day but apparently the chambermaid never found it! My partner and I know it was definitely there and didn't think we would have a problem getting the staff to send it back to me. Unfortunately, it seems whatever the housekeeping staff finds, they claim for their own. I'm appalled with the service and quality of this expensive hotel.”
