• The bed.
• Dirty cups/spoons, mildewed towels, no check in clerk.

“No one to check us in. Maintenance person finally gave us a room key when front desk person didn't show up and there were several of us lining up outside to get into our rooms. The coffee cups and mugs were dirty, and the person I was with assumed it would be clean, didn't check that before they used the spoon, now they have to worry about health issues for the next year, the towels reeked of mildew, terrible experience.”
