• Location of hotel is very local but it only takes a few minutes by taxi to get to Central. Staff is friendly, kitchen pretty decent, adequate for money.
• There are no Western restaurants around the hotel.

“The Novotel is a nonsense hotel of acceptable quality for the price. It caters to individuals but also larger tourist groups from a variety of countries, including China mainland. The hotel is fairly clean and has the necessary facilities like a small gym, a small pool, breakfast buffet, etc. The staff is very friendly, responsive and competent. Certainly better than the normal HK standard for that level of hotel. The neighborhood is quite local and does not cater to Western taste but it is safe (as almost everywhere in HK) and fairly quiet. The location is useful for travelers who need to go to the business districts like Central, Admiralty, etc. The hotel even offers shuttle busses to key transportation hubs (subway, airport express, ferries, etc.) We have used this hotel already a number of times during business trips and will continue to do so.”
