Lovely views and grounds.
Facilities.

“We were really looking forward to our stay at this hotel. The hotel lobby is amazing. However, on arrival at the hotel there were mounds of agreements to sign, to ensure we stayed for our full reservation. When we asked about the golf and archery we were told they were not available anymore. The tennis was unavailable the majority of the time. It was so sad that this hotel had so many staff wandering around and not any of them apart from the manager was able to make any decisions regarding the facilities. On checking out, our flight was not until 4am and my daughter fell asleep in the lobby, I was told to wake her as this was not allowed, I was distraught. It was the icing on the cake.”

Loved the pool and grounds, front desk and bellman great.
Service poor around the pool and the Breakers Bar, need to step up the service in these two areas.

“Hotel has been refurbished, new carpet. Rooms have a beautiful view. Lobby is magnificent. Grounds and vegetation awesome. Service a little slow in the restaurants, there should be better service in that area.”
