• Location.
• Front desk staff. Manager tried to make me pay at check out, and took 30 minutes to convenience I had paid already. Hotel was.

“Hotel was fine, but hotel front desk staff was terrible. As I said they wouldn¿t believe that I had paid for the room and wanted me to pay again before I could leave.”
