• Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and comfortable rooms.
• Wi-Fi was connectivity was poor.

“Unique location in Guadalajara with comfortable facilities and well manicured grounds. Rooms are spacious and surprisingly well appointed. Staff is very friendly, though it can be difficult to find an English speaker when you need assistance.”

• The location and the beds were comfortable.
• The room was filthy and noisy.

“The hotel is located in the perfect part of town for our travels; however, the floor of the room was filthy, not just dirty- filthy. They were working with noisy equip outside our room and there were bugs in the room. The front desk staff was not very helpful. We will never stay in this hotel again. The only good thing was the beds were comfortable.”
