• The location to Alhambra was great.
• The room was small, AC did not work well and bed extremely hard.

“The AC did not work and we ask 2 different times about the repair. Never was fixed. Thank goodness it was one night. The room was extremely small the smallest of all the hotel rooms we stayed in during our 2 weeks. The beds were so hard they were not sleep able in a sober state. No other rooms were available so we were stuck. Our traveling companions had a slightly larger room, but all else was the same.”

• Superb location, staff couldn't do enough. Thank you.
• Only - was the bed was very hard.

“We had a great visit, this hotel was recommended to us, such a relaxing atmosphere and the staff could not do enough for us. The only negative was the bed which was very hard.”

• Location.
• The hotel restaurant service was terrible.

“The location next to the Alhambra was great however, you must travel down to the city for dinner. Everything near the hotel closes early. The hotel bar does not serve food after 8:30, and the restaurant food is not great, overpriced, and poor service.”

• The hotel is located on the hill with the Alhambra. We were able to walk to the entrance. The setting was beautiful.
• Nothing.

“Hotel Guadalupe in Granada is a beautiful hotel in a great location. It is located on the hill with the Alhambra, only a minute's walk from the entrance. Our room was clean, pretty and had a modern bath. Double doors opened onto a small balcony overlooking an olive grove. The breakfast buffet was varied and good. We were able to eat breakfast and get to our 8:30 am entrance time for the Nasrid Palace with no problem. The staff was helpful and pleasant and were happy to store our bag until our departure later in the day. Overall it was an excellent experience.”
