• Distrustful, Dirty

“We booked the hotel two weeks in advance. They said that the day we wanted to book was full but there was room available on the next day so we agreed to change our plan to stay there. We called them the morning we will arrive to make sure that they did not mess up our reservation. They said everything is fine. So we drove from Genova to Florence and arrive in Florence about 3pm and found out that they did not have room for us. The reason they gave us was the previous guest did not move out and they can't ask them to leave so they tried to move us to another hotel near by. But we said no. We never believe the reason they gave us and we don't want to deal with distrustful person. So we decide to stay in another hotel outside florence which turned out that it is much better and cheaper. We will advise anyone to stay here to be very careful.”
