• room was dated, walls thin, excessively hot, no hot water to the bath.

“Hotel very convieniently located for Coventry Airport. Bulk of 'standard' accomodation appears to be in a dated extension; in direct contrast to a very delightful main hotel. Staff very efficient and helpful. Excellent facility for leaving car at hotel whilst abroad.”

• NICE room, comfortable loung/bar
• Meal in the restraurant was truly disgusting; pasta dish was vile. Embarassing. No bar meals.

• the room was gorgeous, big, clean, with lovely bathroom

“The room we stayed in was amazing for the price, great value for money. The staff were all really helpful and pleasant. The only down side was the price of the breakfast. Yes it was very good, but not worth that much! I will definately return though.”

• Staff were very friendly, bar/reception area was welcoming and smart, had the facilities I expected
• Restaurant wasn't of a very good standard and there were few toiletries in the bathroom

“I would have liked to have known there were no toiletries provided, other than soap, and to have seen a review of the restaurant, as the food wasn't up to scratch”

• staff very helpfull excellent breakfast.
• roon very basic like a travel lodge.

“we booked in and the staff very helpfull. they found us a taxi to go into coventry.they also informed us of bus times and routes. The bathroom needed refurbishment.The breakfast was excellent and also the staff.overall i would recommend this hotel.”
