• Very clean, tidy and cosy.
• The shower was not very good, it went everywhere.

“We enjoyed our stay, the staff were very friendly and accomodating! The hotel was of excellent cleaniness all round. The spa facilities were excellent and it was nice that it was open quite late.

Overall excellent!”

• Bed was comfortable and you could adjust the heating controls. Quality of food on room service wasn't very good.
• Bathroom was a bit tired.

“Nice hotel, the common areas were a very high standard. Room service food I thought was quite a poor standard and expensive for what it was.”

• comfortable and spaceiouse bedroom. pool sauna and steam room as part of the package.

“I did not realise just how close it was to the motorways, and did not find it the easiest place to get to. but it was well worth it.
The decor was interesting and relaxing.The food was exellent. The staff freindly.”

• Easy to find, central for local event, clean, quiet, catering excellent.

“Excellent stay albeit only one night. Would have like more information about local restaurants etc in room as we had to tour Chatham to find a suitable restaurant. Otherwise no complaints.”

• we had asked that the rooms be ready for an 11.00 checkin and the hotel were able to check us in at 10.30, despite normal check in being 2.00! we were really pleased.

“the hotel seemed to try and accomodate our needs and were able to do so, the serving staff at breakfast were really helpful and the breakfast was excellent! A really good stay, highly recommended.”

• Quiet, clean, pleasabt atmosphere
• Expensive restaurant

“The hotel was pleasant, the syaff were helpful and cooperative, the room was well-prepared, and the genaral ambience was relaxing. However, the restaurant was expensive considering the amount provided. I have eaten better for less in many other hotels acros the country. Nevertheless, I would recommend the hotel to others.”

• Clean,double bed, swimming pool, spa facilities, good breakfast

“The hotel is modern and clean. Cafe/bar, restaurant and spa facilities are all of a good standard and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The double room I book was to a good standard with tea making facilities and a very good power shower. Breakfast offers both continental and full english but don't arrive just before this closes as it tends to be busy and you will need to wait for a table.
It would have been useful to have known the check-in time which cannot be guaranteed before 1pm - however full changing facilities are available in the spa.”

“The cost of the restaurant food was expensive, although the food was of a very good quality, however there was no alternative to eat anywhere else that was within the local vicinity of the hotel.”
