• Very convenient.
• Breakfast and coffee.

“Great for convenience but not that attractive. Bed was comfortable, was clean, internet and printer convenient. Overpriced.”

• The hotel is actually part of the American Airlines terminal. Casino is part of the hotel.
• Rooms were quite small but clean, new and comfortable.

“The hotel is part of the airport. Excellent place to stay for a layover. There is a small casino attached. Rooms were small but clean and comfortable. Look like they were newly remolded. You can take a cab for $10.00 (per cab not per person) to the resorts/casinos and beaches.”

• I had to pay for airport parking each night.

“The reservation agents seemed to be discontent either with there jobs or potentially American/ African American guests. Their tone of voice insinuated dissatisfaction in accommodating or needs. There were however a few employees who delivered excellent service.”

• Very convenient for 7 a.m. flight. Friendly, safe, clean, comfortable.
• To visit Old San Juan was $40 in taxis, round trip.

“This hotel was perfect for our needs. We arrived about 6:30 p.m. on the last night of our stay and left about 12 hours later, after a quick trip for dinner in Old San Juan. Our room would have been small for multiple nights, but for a brief stay, it was very comfortable. In the morning we enjoyed complementary breakfast and after a 5-minute walk we were at our gate at the airport, getting on our plane without ever going outside. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone in a similar situation.”

• At airport. Continental breakfast a plus.
• Uncaring staff.

“Convenient because it avoids driving to the airport during rush hour. Room smelled of stale socks, otherwise seemed clean. Very quiet.”

• Hard
  bed, hectic airtport terminal location.

“This is a hotel that would only be my choice if I was flying out early in the morning. I would not think of it as a hotel for normal business or vacation travel. It is very loud and congested at the airport and makes for a most unpleasant hotel experience overall.”

• No parking, small room no space to move.

“Okay for travelers stuck at airport close to beach but no parking other than $18 a day parking at airport lot. Foot of bed is 1 foot from wall.”

“The hotel was basic and the room simple but the convenience of being at the airport could not be beat. I was arriving on a delayed and very late flight so being able to walk to the hotel and collapse was perfect.”

• Small room, small TV.

“This hotel was close to airport which was very helpful for an early morning flight. Room was neat and clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Book in advance as flight cancellations make it hard to get into on the spur of the moment.”

• Close (at) the airport. Free coin-op laundry, great breakfast.
• Difficult getting luggage down steps to lobby requires bellman assistance/tip.

“Very convenient for departures. Quiet rooms considering it are at the airport. Rooms very small but adequate. Very nice continental breakfast. Hot tubs close just about the time you want to use them (6:00 pm). Small but nice work-out room.”

• Lack of tours who are willing to pick up at hotel/distance from city.

“Service was quite accommodating and very friendly. The "restaurant lacks warmth. A few simple improvements would attract more guests for after hours snack and drinks.”
