“Great guest entertainment, but the food quality and variety are nothing spectacular. The Asian cuisine needs much work; they do not know upon from lomein. The resort is located next to the ocean but very limited seafood selection. I thought that was strange. TV in our room did not work well. We had fixed but not quite right. The service was great and I really enjoyed the spa experience. I would probably recommend this resort to others.”

“Absolutely loved Dreams Cancun. Because the hotel is located at the tip of the island, it is surrounded on three sides by ocean. The ocean view from our 4th floor room was fabulous and we enjoyed the simple and absolutely clean room with a very good bed. The restaurants were good (not gourmet) and we were very satisfied to eat all meals there (with the exception of the day we went to Isle de Les Muhares, which was very interesting to Stoll about for several hours). My husband and I thought the hotel a great place for couples, families, and young adults. Every activity available and dolphins swim on the grounds! The musical performers in the bar at night were really great. My husband and I would gladly go again. We were there the second week in January 2008.”

“This hotel you couldnt find a bad word to talk about, cleanliness was second to none, staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and location as was as in other ratings about 30 minutes from airport however when you staying on Cancuns point what do you expect. The entertainment was super something on every night, and every possible event covered. Food and drink were plentiful and food was superb. My wife and I will be back to Cancun for sure and it wont be soon enough. Please add it as a place to go you wont regret it.”

“This was my first time visiting Cancun and Im glad I chose to spend it at dreams. They have dolphins swimming at the resort and for a fee you can swim/take photos with them. Staff was sincerely friendly, and made us feel welcomed. The shows were good, service was excellent, and the food was great. I would definitely go back to dreams Cancun in the future, however next time I would stay longer than five days. Five days was not enough time. This was the best vacation ever!”

“This was the best vacation our family ever had. We found out about it on www.vacationkids.com. Even though they recommended it we were concerned about taking our family to Cancun as the last time we visited it was for spring break. The area has changed and this hotel is very upscale. Our kids had a wonderful time, especially watching the dolphin's right outside our balcony. Can't say enough wonderful things about this place. The staff was great, food awesome. Like I said, the best vacation ever!” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.

“This was the best vacation our family has ever taken. The resort was recommended to us by www.vacationkids.com. We were concerned traveling to Cancun with our young kids as the last time we were there was for spring break. The area has changed and is far more family friendly. Dreams Cancun is very upscale. My two boys loved the dolphins. We could look off our balcony and watch them swimming in the lagoon. The food was fantastic. I just can't think of anything better to say!”

“This was to most wonderful place. The staff was amazing, and the location-perfect. There is always something to do at the hotel with activites, and the food was amazing. My favorite place to eat was the seaside grill, that food was to die for. The entertainment people were wonderful and always were keeping the guest entertained and happy. The ocean was perfect, not rough at all and great for wading in or snorkeling. ” 9 of 9 people found this review helpful.

“The hotel quality was low. This is ideal for people who have expectations at the 3 star rating. This is not a 5 star at all. The rooms are dirty and horribly crafted (we had 3 rooms) The resort is loud(mechanicals). The staff is nice but incompetent. Food quality is a 2-3 star.Too bad beautiful property but wrong with resort experience.” 1 of 13 people found this review helpful.Amenities at Dreams Cancun Resort And Spa, Cancun
