• Everyone at the hotel was excellent, very friendly. Helpful and the food were great.
• There was nothing I did not like about this hotel.

“This hotel was great my kids also loved it. The thing I liked about this hotel is the location, it's located at the far end of the hotel zone and it is very quiet. You can take the bus into town if you like it is not that far. The pool staff is wonderful, funny and very entertaining. The pictures you see are exactly what you get, the rooms the views everything. I would stay at this hotel again on my future visits to Cancun. This hotel is no 5star but for the price you can't beat it. The food was great. They had entertainment in the lobby every night, and offered free transportation to a different club every night. I have been to many hotels but this one was by far the best.”

• Nothing.
• Check in staff was unaccommodating. Pool closed at 5:00.

“I would never recommend this hotel. I had my two older children along and had to pay $66 each for them to eat and drink. After paying for a junior suite, we were given a 2 bed room on the first floor overlooking the driveway. (After first being given a tiny one bed room and asking for another) We were told no suites were available, but were given no compensation for the lack thereof. It had a leaky dehumidifier. The pool closed at 5:00 along with any outside activities. To play pool you had to pay. Of the three restaurants available, one was not included in the all-inclusive, another was closed, so everyone had to use the buffet. The hotel itself is not close to anything. Close to the airport? The only redeeming thing was the bartender in the sports bar. Choose another hotel.”
