• Nice water slide.
• Overpriced, unfriendly staff, damp towels.

“Towels in the room were damp when brought from laundry, only two towels per room, hot tub warm 10% of time, air conditioning poorly functioning, renovations on the go - very noisy; rooms half done - quite visible in bathrooms, emergency escape cluttered with furniture staff not accommodating, do not attend to requests, limited parking, very difficult to get through traffic to hotel breakfast not as advertised - out of fruit, cinnamon buns, milk etc frequently concerns brought up with management with no change in service.”

• The staff was very friendly, we will stay there next time we are in town.
• There wasn't anything we didn't like.

“This is the friendliest place we have ever stayed. The rooms were spacious and clean. The biggest thing in my opinion is that the staff went out of their way to help us.”
