• Mold could be found throughout the walls - smelled terrible

“I will never stay at a Mercure hotel again. For a 4 star hotel, I would say it is the worst I have ever visited. I'd rather stay in a guesthouse in European cities for half the price and be somewhere so clean you could eat off the floor.”

“Not in the greatest section of the city as it is both pretty far from the main areas in the city center and located on the fringe of the adult clubs. Service was not fantastic. The rooms were clean and very functional, but not at a 4 star level of quality. The main entrance was very nice, but the hallways appeared to be a bit worn and dark.”

“I had requested a hotel in the Centre of Brussels. However, the hotel is located north of the Centre away from the market area and required a good 20 minute walk or metro ride to get to where I needed to be.”
