• Very clean rooms.
• Had trouble using the switch for the air-conditioning.

“Awesome location, as a visitor I found the convenience of stepping outside the door and basically being in the heart of the city just fantastic. Brisbane transit was just around the corner, so found everything was within good walking distance. I have given a rating of 7 for staff assistance because I found that one staff member in particular let everyone down by not paying as close attention to detail as he should have. Otherwise everything was spot on and I will definitely stay with Hotel Ibis in Brisbane again.”

• Friendly, helpful staff & clean, well maintained facility.
• Expensive parking a block away & lack of storage in room.

“Very clean & well maintained. Could not order from a menu for breakfast as they only had a very expensive buffet. Not a good place for a family. The room was spacious with good beds, but only three small drawers which mean that it is only suitable for an overnight stay. Expensive public parking was a block away with improper / incomplete instructions on how to exit. No attendant and the remote "help" were unable to provide proper instructions.”
