• Staff helpful room was comfortable loved to be able to open the window
• Lack of ice machines on the floor or clean glasses in bathroom everyday.

“IBIS is walking distance to all of Old Town and many other sites. Tram is located a short distance from the Hotel. Everyone at the hotel was courteous, kind and helpful. The hotel acted quickly to help us with champange and cheese tray to celebrate our son-in-law asking for our daughter's hand. This proved to me the hotel staff was willing to work hard to support our needs. Very nice place to stay. Rooms are too small for a roll away, but nice. We were on a no smoking floor but had to walk through the smoke filled lobby/bar area. Parking is available in underground garage. Pets are allowed. Restaurant, Safe Deposit Box, Temperature Control, Television with Cable.”
