“Hotel was nothing what we were told. No Kids Club, Table Tennis or Water Sports, it is not right on the beach and unless you are a gym instructor you would not make it back up the hill. There was no evening entertainment apart from a lousy Turkish Night with a few dancers. Customers who had paid a lot of money had to make there own entertainment. All inclusive was a joke and at 10.30 you were only allowed one drink per person so my husband couldnt even get me a drink. We both had to go to the bar. Drinks were all watered down and what was on the food bar for lunch was again out in the evening with some sauce over it. Staff was miserable and rude. This was my first ever holiday where we couldnt wait to come home. Everyone was complaining and as for a 5 * hotel I wouldnt even give it 2.”

“If youre thinking of going to this one horse town my advice to anyone seeking anything other than a weeks lie by an average pool was stay well away! Gulluk offers absolutely nothing - a dirty deserted town! No beach, no bars, no shops, no nightlife - nothing. Any life was to be found 1hr away in Boredom. Although the hotel looks absolutely wonderful we were very disappointed to arrive in a small dirty room that had obviously not been cleaned. The air conditioner failed to work despite promises from the hotel to fix it. Twice during our 7 night stay we had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. The hotels were dirty and smelly. No entertainment for children. On a positive note the restaurant and bar staff was friendly enough and the food was ok. Everyone in the hotel was complaining!”
