• Well appointed bathroom facilities / Good size comfortable bed
• Having no free water to either drink or take medication with,one bottle would be enough. Charged three pounds each. Rip off!

“Excellent dining choice, Birmingham has good standard of cuisine.
Good service from staff at all times.
Parking no information on when trying to book online.”

• clean, staff very friendly,
• The room had too many beds for two people which made space a bit tight.

“Location was excellant,room was comfortable but a little crowded with three beds,would book again,bar and restaurant excellant,”

• Large comfortable room, separate w/c which could have been improved with the inclusion of a washbasin.
• 19 steps to the very good indoor car parking without a lift that only takes you to street level and reception.

“Apart from these two main points our stay was very pleasant, the breakfast excellent, and the staff friendly. We'll certainly visit your hotel, (or chain) again.”

• Car parking space reserved as requested. Enjoyed breakfast.
• Cost of breakfst higher than anticipated. Only instant coffee available in room.
