Huge hotel with plenty of food and drink options.
The problem was, the food was pretty bad and very expensive versus the rest of Beijing.
“The staff attempted to be helpful freely, but a lot was lost in translation. The restaurants served the worst food we had in Beijing at the highest prices. The lounge was nice, though, and the service in the lounge was impeccable.”

“Good restaurants; pleasant service; but rooms that deserve at best 3 stars, not 4. Dark, thanks to 40-watt light bulbs, and not particularly spacious (though plenty of cabinet space). Like most non-5* places, it can be difficult to get good advice about touring, as they are eager to sell you the things they get a kickback on. On the other hand, the acrobatics show they get their kickback on (which is just across the street) is quite good.”
