• Safe location, modern room, near by subway, park across street.
• Subways do not run all night so cant party as hardy or late.

“This place is great! The subway is right under the hotel and its not a ghettos dirty one but a real nice modern clean stainless still covered subway that take you to Las Rambles and all the great spots in Barcelona. Beat part is that almost ever subway exit is right in front of a hot spot Las Ramblas, The got his district , La Sagrada familiar. Hotel room ultra modern huge bathroom in a nice suburban area across from a park full of soccer moms, and jogger son the running track.”

“My wife and I have just returned from Barcelona ( 16/03/07)and stayed at the Alimara hotel. It is a very good hotel; very clean and bright with a young and keen staff. It is linked to the nearby tourist university CETT and trainees are supervised by the more experienced staff. Most spoke english and all were helpful in encouraging me to speak in spanish. Quality of food is at least good, if not better. It is well situated for easy access to the tourist areas of barcelona ( 20 mins away by metro) as well as Tibidado. Mundet metro station is 1 minute away.You must go to Tibidado. It is well used by the business community and many training events take place at the hotel. There is no noise from the nearby highway or business guests. A number of german, scandanavian, chinese, americans as well as british tourists were there at the same time as us. All were very friendly.Do give it a try. We will use this hotel again.”
