• Great rooms, esp. star wood floors.
• None - very happy.

“Stayed here and at jaw Marriott down the street. I much prefer the Sheraton - the rooms are a little nicer, the lobby is laid out better, overall had a better experience there.”

• Over all the style of the hotel was to our liking.
• Can take awhile to check in or check out.

“It was in a great location. The swimming pool area was very relaxing and peaceful. The rooms were large the style was modern.”

• The service and the pool area make this a truly great place to stay

• Great staff that remembers your name, great facilities, truly a "Grande" hotel
• Basically charges "New York" prices even though labor costs are much lower. Feel sometimes like I am being taken advantage of

“A great hotel, with great facilities, amenities, restaurants, service and location. While the bars and restaurants are fantastic, the prices they charge (essentially NY prices)are an absolute slap in the face. This hotel charges NY prices ($10-$12 USD for drinks in the bar), yet their labor rates and probably many other expenses are a fraction of what they would be in the U.S. or Japan or Europe. It makes me feel like I am being gouged and makes me open to exploring more fairly priced alternatives.”

“Excellent location, within 1 minute walk to both Sky train and the new Subway stations! Beautiful, though small, rooftop pool, which has a lot of foliage, and you even feel like you're at a little resort. Friendly, usually efficient staff.”
