“The Herodian hotel is a pleasant Athens hotel within easy walking distance of the Acropolis and Plaka and close to the metro. The room was of average size with more comfortable beds than most Greek hotels. The front desk and dining room staff were extremely friendly and ready to do whatever they could to assist their guests.”

“The hotel is nice, clean, very good located if you are planning go to Athens to do tourism and it is affordable. It is not a luxury hotel but it has a very good relation price vs. Value. Maybe the breakfast is so simple but it is good.”

“My husband, brother-in-law, daughter, and her friend all enjoyed the heroin hotel. We ranged in age from 26 to 75 years old and some members of this group are usually hard to please. I have made several trips to Athens before and the heroin has the best view. The roof top garden view should not be missed.”

“I don't mind paying 135$ for a 4* instead of a "Name Your Own Price" of 85$ for to get the 5* Intercontinental. I think this hotel is better also, less stars then the features are less expensive. This was the first time of my life I took something in a minibar. Internet access IS efficient (for a while) and only 6'.The two Jacuzzis are brand new and located on the roof of the hotel... Picking up something in the minibar and go with a girl or friends and admiralty the lights of the Parthenon... But almost all you can have a room (if asked at the front desk) in direct view toward the acropolis... Also they ask to cut a bit the tree next to the hotel : more rooms could have the benefit of having the view on the Acropolis and they actually don't. That's sad.”
