Located in the heart of Mexico's most famous bay, on Miguel Aleman Ave., and on a gorgeous, white sand beach and a great All-Inclusive program, the best in Acapulco. Vacations are full of fun and with all the services and amenities with the quality and comfort of a modern city. The hotel is 30 minutes away from the International Airport, 15 minutes from downtown and within walking distance from the commercial area and the nightlife. Its 240 rooms are divided into two buildings and most of them have a spectacular bay view, a main pool. Children's pool, beach, two restaurants one of them specialty, snack bar, lobby bar, pool bar, game room, exercise room, three meeting rooms with different capacities and up to 150 people, children's club, mini SPA and beauty salon, tobacco and boutique shop, parking lot and a travel agency.[less]

Excellent food variety on all buffet meals
no coffee pot or hair dryer in room, room smelled damp.

“The buffet meals were excellent for breakfast/lunch/dinner. A chef on hand for specials of the day to cook-to-order. The fish dishes were out of this world. The staff were very attentive and spoke some English. Don't forget to tip the staff for excellent service (as you should anywhere you go). The nightly entertainment shows are pretty good and each show has audience participation which makes it fun. The entertainers work so very hard at all the jobs they do and always with a smile and energy. There are no ice machines on the floor so you had to fill ice buckets from the bar on main floor. No refrigerators or microwaves, or coffee pots in room. Everything on main floor restaurant/bar area. There were plenty of beach chairs poolside for all. Hotel beach area is roped-off to allow you privacy from ever-present vendors selling their wares up & down beach area. The air ventilation needs improvement in the lodging rooms which smelled musty & damp, but very clean. Apple Vacations has office off lobby who will arrange various city tours/outings for a fee. Front Desk will exchange American money for Pesos but won't exchange leftover pesos to American money.”
